Lucas J. Munson

Luke represents energy industry participants in a variety of title, transactional, and conflict resolution matters related to the exploration and production of oil and natural gas. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and currently publishes the Oklahoma Oil & Gas Law Quarterly. Prior to attending law school, Luke worked in the Oklahoma yard of an international oilfield services company.

M. Chase Ritter

Chase represents clients in a variety of estate planning and family business issues. He regularly counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including wills, trusts, and family businesses, and assists clients with settlement or litigation of disputes arising from an estate or family business. While in law school, Chase served as the Managing Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review.

Rachel Barnes

Rachel’s practice includes rendering oil and gas title opinions, obtaining oil and gas title curative, and drafting and negotiating contracts used in the oil and gas industry. She graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Rachel was a member of the American Indian Law Review, as well as Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.

Michael J. McMillin

Michael regularly counsels clients involved in real estate transactions and development by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and commercial lease agreements, addressing zoning and other development issues, and assisting clients in obtaining financing. In addition, Michael renders title opinions in relation to commercial development properties and residential real property. While in law school, Michael served as the Resource Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review.

Justin’s practice is focused exclusively on rendering oil and gas title opinions. Prior to joining the firm, Justin worked as an in-house exploration and title landman for an exploration and production company. Justin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.
